Overview

At WSC Academy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your educational investment. We understand that circumstances change, and we've designed our refund policy to be fair and transparent.

Term-Based Courses (Dubai In-Person)

Full Refund Period

You are eligible for a full refund if you meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Request is made within 7 days of enrollment
  • Student has attended no more than 2 classes
  • Request is submitted in writing via email

Pro-Rated Refund Period

If the full refund period has passed but the term is less than 50% complete, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund:

  • Refund amount = Unused portion of term fees minus a 15% administrative fee
  • Calculated based on remaining weeks in the term
  • Must be requested before the term midpoint

No Refund Period

No refunds are available after the term midpoint (50% of classes completed). Students may continue attending for the remainder of the term.

Monthly Subscription Courses (Online)

Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

First Month Guarantee

New online subscribers may request a full refund within the first 7 days if they have attended no more than 2 classes. After 7 days, standard cancellation terms apply.

Trial Classes

Trial classes are free and non-refundable. There is no obligation to enroll after completing a trial class.

Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. The following situations may be considered for special refund arrangements on a case-by-case basis:

  • Medical emergencies (with documentation)
  • Family emergencies or relocation
  • Course cancellation by WSC Academy
  • Technical issues preventing class attendance (verified)

Please contact us to discuss your specific situation. We will review each case individually and work to find a fair solution.

Course Transfers

As an alternative to a refund, you may request to transfer your enrollment to:

  • A different course of equal or lesser value
  • A different term (subject to availability)
  • Another student (with approval)

Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the course start date. A 10% transfer fee may apply.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to our support team with:

  • Your name and email address used for enrollment
  • Course name and enrollment date
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any supporting documentation (if applicable)

We will process your request within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
