By accessing or using WSC Academy's website (wscprep.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

WSC Academy provides online and in-person educational coaching services for World Scholar's Cup preparation. Our services include live classes, study materials, practice resources, and related educational content.

3. Eligibility

Our services are designed for students ages 10-18. Students under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use our services. By enrolling a student, the parent/guardian agrees to these terms on behalf of the student.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Payment Terms

Pricing

All prices are listed in the applicable currency (AED for Dubai classes, USD for online classes) and are subject to change. Prices at the time of purchase will apply.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of enrollment. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

Subscription Services

Online monthly subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

6. Class Attendance and Conduct

Students are expected to attend scheduled classes on time
Respectful behavior toward coaches and fellow students is required
Recording of live classes without permission is prohibited
Disruptive behavior may result in removal from class
Make-up classes may be available at our discretion

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our courses, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of WSC Academy and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without our express written permission. Course materials are for personal educational use only.

8. Disclaimer

WSC Academy is an independent coaching service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the World Scholar's Cup organization or DemiDec.

While we strive to help students succeed, we cannot guarantee specific results, including qualification for Global Rounds or Tournament of Champions. Success depends on many factors including individual effort and preparation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WSC Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in question.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
