Global Round Bootcamp

The Global Round Bootcamp is built for scholars who want to win at the Global Round — and beyond. Across the season, students prepare for all four World Scholar's Cup events (Team Debate, Collaborative Writing, Scholar's Challenge, and Scholar's Bowl) on the 2026 theme, "Are We There Yet?".

Two two-hour sessions each week build mastery in stages: subject mastery across Science & Technology, History, Social Studies, Art & Music, Literature & Media, and the Special Area, paired with weekly debate drills, timed writing workshops, and Bowl practice with full clicker simulations. Every student receives a custom prep packet with our notes on the 2026 syllabus, motion banks, sample writing prompts, and Scholar's Challenge question sets.

Cohorts are hard-capped at six students so coaches can give every scholar real attention — the kind that decides whether you're in the final round at the Global. Graduates roll directly into our Tournament of Champions prep track for the November 12–18 ToC at Yale.

First class is free. Enroll month-to-month or lock in a 3 or 4-month commitment at the lower rate.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from what my child gets at school?
School clubs are often student-run with limited coach time. We have dedicated coaches, small cohorts (6 max), and full coverage of all four events. Our prep packet alone covers what most clubs spend the season trying to assemble.
Does my child need prior WSC experience?
No. Cohorts mix returning scholars with newcomers, and our prep packet starts from first principles. The two-cohort split (A and B) is by schedule, not skill — we adjust pacing inside each cohort.
What if we're traveling for part of the summer?
Recordings are available for sessions students miss, plus catch-up calls with the coach. Cohorts are small enough that we can flex around real-life schedules.
How does the bootcamp prepare for the Tournament of Champions?
Students who complete the bootcamp move into our TOC prep track ahead of the November 12–18 event at Yale. The bootcamp covers all four events at Global Round depth; TOC prep adds harder motion sets, longer writing, and the more competitive Bowl format.
What's actually in the prep packet?
Our notes on the 2026 syllabus across all six subjects, a motion bank organized by theme connection, sample writing prompts at multiple difficulty levels, Scholar's Challenge question sets, and revision plans for the final two weeks before each tournament.
How do we know which cohort to join?
Pick the schedule that fits — Cohort A meets Friday + Sunday, Cohort B meets Saturday + Tuesday (Dubai time). Curriculum is identical across cohorts.
